Inner Dialogue to Wellness
Inner Dialogue to Wellness is designed to inform, inspire and educate you while stimulating you to get involved and take responsibility for your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health. The topics will vary but all will be led by leading experts in their field. The events will be held at the Preece and Toff Salon in Fred Segal on Sunday afternoons 2:00-5:00pm. We would love for you to join us. Please RSVP as seating is limited.
The first part of the dialogue will take place through the course of three Sundays. It will be jumpstarted by a 3-week detox program followed by discussions in new developments in the field of Autism and Experiential Exercises.
